Our body of work speaks to the close relationships we cultivate with our clients. First, we collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and goals, as site planning and building design alone are not enough to create successful built environments. From this, we determine their project goals, program requirements and building sites; the context within which we shape our designs. Once design work begins, we create, often with our team of engineers & consultants, a clear direction for the project.  During construction, we work with builders to follow the design direction and produce the construction quality we all require. Finally, we turn the completed project over to the client.
